3-Month Road To Remission Program

The 3-Month Road To Remission Program is designed for women to feel better quickly. This is an opportunity for motivated women to work closely with Laura as a private patient, message her directly for support between appointments, and work through the steps on the roadmap to remission. If you want to get to the bottom of symptoms that have troubled you for months or even years, this program is for you. We can accomplish a lot in three months!

  • An appointment with Laura once a month (3 total), in-person or on Zoom.
  • A written health plan afterward with your homework action steps and lab orders for the month.
  • Support in between appointments on a private messaging portal.

What Happens Next?

After you graduate from the Road To Remission Program, you’re welcome to subscribe to the HER Autoimmune Health community for as long as you like (coming soon). It’s one project to get into remission, and maintaining it is a whole different project! It’s a lot easier and more fun with ongoing support, learning, and inspiration. That’s why we are creating this community.

We also offer an Annual Immune Check-up, which allows you to stay on top of drifting lab markers or new inflammation symptoms that have popped up. You’re also welcome to book this appointment whenever you need it.
