    Fasting With Food® Program


    This program offers three different 5-day fasting-with-food plans, complete with menus, shopping lists, cooking guides, and an area for comments and questions. Finally, you can get the vast benefits of fasting without starvation, with tasty meals and snacks you can make on your own and control, while safely guided by certified nutrition consultant Dr. Laura Paris, DACM.

    Functional Whole30® Program


    The next group starts January 2022! The 30 days start on January 10 and the 10-day prep opens on December 31. Please read the program description here: FUNCTIONAL WHOLE 30. 

    This is a 50-day online program packed with content that is easy to follow, a private Facebook group, and four live Zoom sessions. We limit enrollment to keep the live group personal and intimate – a safe place to connect, share and get all your questions answered. Zoom meetings are Saturdays, 10-11 am PST, on January 8 & 22, and February 5 & 19
