    Fasting With Food® Program


    This program offers three different 5-day fasting-with-food plans, complete with menus, shopping lists, cooking guides, and an area for comments and questions. Finally, you can get the vast benefits of fasting without starvation, with tasty meals and snacks you can make on your own and control, while safely guided by certified nutrition consultant Dr. Laura Paris, DACM.

  • Functional medicine and whole30 diet

    Functional Whole30® Program- Next Group January 5th, 2023


    This is a live, interactive program that starts January 5th, 2023:


    • 10 days of prep start January 5, 2023
    • 30 days of “Whole30” start January 15, 2023
    • 10 days of reintroduction (food testing) start February 15, 2023 (although you can optionally start sooner).
    • 3 Zooms take place Saturdays 10-11 am PST, on January 14, January 28, & February 11
