Functional Whole30® Program

This is a live, interactive program that takes place 1-3 times a year.

Current Schedule:

• 10 days of prep  start Friday, May 13
• 30 days of “Whole30” start Monday, May  23.
• 10 days of reintroduction (food testing) start Wednesday, June 22 (although you can optionally start sooner).
• 3 Zooms take place Saturdays 10-11 am PST, on May 21, June 4, and June 18.

This is a 50-day interactive program that takes place here on this website, in a private Facebook group, and at 3 Zoom meetings. We limit enrollment to keep the live group personal and intimate – a safe place to connect, share and get all your questions answered.
